Bonjour la toile is the workshop of one person, Simon Lacroix, who owns and publishes the sites listed below, from the first line of code to the reply to your email.
Every site in the network is an in-house project. We take care of its design, its content, its hosting, its compliance and its relationship with the people who use it. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is resold under another name.

Online service
Our sites are free to access. Our activity is funded by the three sources below, which we disclose openly. We sell no physical products and we ship nothing.
Some sites display ads served by a third-party network, Google AdSense. These ads are labelled as such. On the sites concerned, a banner asks for your consent before any advertising cookie is set.
Our directories and tools link to merchants, hosting providers, domain registrars and online bookstores. When a purchase follows such a link, we may receive a commission from the merchant, at no extra cost to the buyer. These links are disclosed on the pages concerned.
Downloadable content, such as reading journals in PDF, and online services by subscription. The terms of sale, delivery and cancellation are set out in our terms and conditions and in our refund policy.
Payments. All transactions are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated before payment. They are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and Ko-fi, depending on the site. We never store card numbers on our servers. The descriptor on your bank statement is the provider's, shown before payment.
These details identify the operator of our sites and make it possible to verify its existence with the Quebec enterprise registrar (Registraire des entreprises).
We answer every written request within two business days. For a request about a purchase, state the site concerned and the email address used at payment.
